You can now easily download your data from both Facebook and Instagram together, or separately if you prefer. This means you can save your photos and other info in one go.

You can review which companies share your info with Meta, disconnect specific ones, or remove your data completely.

To stop Instagram from tracking your online activity, "Go to the Accounts Center, find the web tracking settings" for Instagram, and customize your preferences for better online privacy and control.
